Since this is the religion board and not the Christian board, I wanted to set up this topic for folks who follow a religion other than Christianity so they can perhaps tell us what faith they belong to and perhaps how it helps them with their lives. As for me, I'm an agnostic, which in a very basic sense means that a lot of spiritual things are beyond my being able to figure them out, so I'll wait and see. However, I notice most topics on this board are very specific to Christianity, which is understandable because it is a majority religion in some parts of the world. But I wanted to open up a forum for others who are just as faithful to their spiritual path but were not Christian. Hope some of you can feel free to comment.
The Church of The Agnostic, interesting conception...
Agnosticism isn't a church. I'm just creating a forum for people who are into another religion other than Christianity to post their beliefs. I did not create htis board to call attention to myself, but I guess nobody thought of making this kind of board or perhaps they didn't ahve the guts. If I ever decide to talk about my own beliefs it'll probably be as part of a large discussion. I'm not going to create a topic to just totally focus on me because perhaps outside of yourself nobody cares and that's OK.
I'm an atheist veering towards Paganism as it was the first and only faith in britain. Paganism has given me a less material view of life, I'm not so obsessed with buying the latest I-pod or MP3, or downloading this or that.Atheism has made me stronger as a person, and more able to cope with the knocks in life ..apart from one .. It's given me clear insight into the games people play, and enabled me to see past their act and what they would like me to believe.
it is a very good attitude of you dear to try setting up a way for others to say their views, but i think many other zoners may refuse that call for religion conversation. as they may be fanatic so, i may have a long conversation with you if you like, and with any one who wants to have such a conversation on one condition, never insult others in order not to be insulted by others, live in peace together. this is my view. revise my profile and see my e-mail and contact me if you want.

Goblin, us Christians are the same way. It's not the matter of what religion we are in. It's the way we look at life. ?Sad to tell you, this kind of topic creates more teasing, poking at, and other pressing matters. You can ask what religion they are, but to classify to some others might cause a delima. I won't do it myself. Look at the other threads, but someone will, I am sure of it.
